Updates for Checkmate Sales Pro
and Dashboard in Build 83

We've recently released some really cool new features for Checkmate Sales Pro. If you are an eligible Checkmate customer, your Checkmate Build 83 upgrade CD will be arriving in the mail soon, if it hasn't already. When you get it, follow the instructions to install the update, and take advantage of the new features!

Here are just a few of the new features that you'll discover:

- Stock Level Gadget: With this new Dashboard feature, you can now compare the amount of stock that you currently have in inventory to the number of parts you would like to have in your inventory. With this feature and it's color-coding system, it's easy to see which parts you need more of.

- Enhanced Subsequent Payment Methods: You're now able to record even more information when receiving a payment (such as the check number or credit card information). Build 83 will begin prompting you for this information when receiving a payment on work orders and invoices.

- Adding Alternative Parts to Work Orders: You can now add A-grade alternative parts to your work orders.These parts have the same interchange as original parts on the work order, and are helpful so you can easily select a new part if the original selection is in bad condition.

- Linking 1 Billing Account to Multiple Shipping Accounts: You can now link a customer's billing account to their multiple shipping accounts in Sales Pro. You can ship a part to a shipping account address, while billing a billing account.

These are just some of the enhancements coming to Checkmate, but we have plenty more information for you to explore about these and all of the other new features!
