The latest version of Checkmate has an arsenal of shiny new Excel reports: your business data with unparalleled flexibility and powerful abilities to customize and interact with your data, in an Excel format.
Read on to learn about our new Management and Roundtable reports!

Management Reports
In Checkmate Reports, there are 2 new reports on the Management tab:
- Account Information Report - This report helps you verify customer classes, and review information for account customers. It lists customer accounts for a selected yard. Address, balance, and sales related information is included for each customer account.

- Part Cost Profitability Report - This report helps you track cost and profitability of parts. It lists parts that have a cost associated, and were entered or sold in a selected yard and date range. Amounts for in-stock parts and sold parts are grouped separately, with total and average profit amounts shown for sold parts.

Roundtable Report
The new Roundtable Report provides key data for evaluating your business performance. It's designed for participants of Recycler Executive Roundtables but is useful for anyone who wants to see a comprehensive view of their business on one report.
This report is on the Round Table tab of Checkmate Reports (Advanced Management Reports package required.)

Find All New Reports
Beside the reports in this email, there are also new reports on the Inventory and Sales tabs (we recently emailed you about those new reports). Easily see all of the new reports by opening Checkmate Reports, and searching for " NEW" in the search bar. This brings up every report that's new. |

Learn More
To access these new reports, you must have Checkmate version 2023R1 (Build 94) or higher.
- If you're on the latest version of Checkmate, and you have these new reports, click here to visit our training library and learn more about how to use them.
- If you're on the latest version of Checkmate, but you don't see these new reports, talk to your salesperson about upgrading your reports package.
- If you aren't on the latest version of Checkmate (or you're not sure), you're missing out! Contact your Checkmate Support tech directly for help upgrading (or call our main office at 859-344-1925).
